Customs House advised that they will not enforce the cargo quantity assessment by draft survey and operations will continue to be carried out as per the normal practice: Cargo quantities are assessed by shore scale except for those terminals where shore scale is not available such as in Iron ore

Customs House has advised that the Customs draft survey will be carried out to ALL vessels in an export permit to export permit basis (some vessels have several export permits), effective today.
