At Uruguay, port workers' Union went on strike this morning at 0900hs and will finish at 1300hs affecting all operations at uruguayan ports. 

Please note that Recalada pilots boats clerks will continue on strike (started today 12th from 0600 hs) until 1800 hs afecting boats and tugboats operation. Pilots service is still being rendered by staging pilots in Recalada P.S. with significant delays.
